In the summer of 1970, Frank Nasworthy was given rejected urethane roller skate wheels. After realizing the benefits of urethane, he began selling wheels to local surf shops. In 1973, Nasworthy joined forces with Bahne Skateboards and officially began Cadillac Wheels. Over 40 years later, they offer 7 wheel lines and support at team of 4 riders. Nasworthy is credited to being one of the key founders of the modern skateboard.
