What is a Kicktail Longboard?
A kicktail is a skateboard with an upward bend at the back of the deck. A kicktail longboard deck is flat except for behind the rear wheels and trucks. There are also double kicktail longboards, meaning there are upward bends in the rear and front parts of the skateboard deck. However, most kicktail longboards only have a back kicktail and not a nose kicktail. Kicktails allow for tricks while riding. They are best for street and park usage.
