Gravity longboards was founded in 1994 by Michael Bream. Offering wheels and 27 different deck designs, Gravity covers each style of skating. Based out of San Marcos, California, these decks are made under their Happy Green Feet philosophy. Their eco-friendly fiberglass is made from hemp or jute and is biodegradable, but equally as strong as synthetic fiberglass. Concerned with their workers safety, Gravity developed Eco-Tech made of monofilament fibers, to reduce air pollution and ingestion of airborne particles. Instead of using bamboo, Gravity uses V-LAM, turning birch scraps into newer, stronger decks. They use graphics with water based inks to keep the local waterways clean. Supporting a team of 13 riders, Gravity drives to be a green environment with high quality products.
